Responsibilities
Manage and train the hotel staff to provide excellent customer service
Ensure smooth running of the front desk, including check-in/check-out procedures and responding to guest inquiries
Greeting guests, enhancing guests' relations, and promoting the company's services and facilities
Receiving guests' feedback while on-premises to ensure their satisfaction
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, F&B and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and goal achivements
Inspecting hotel rooms, facilities and personnel to confirm the high quality of provided services
Create and implement policies and supervise procedures for all departments according company's SOPs and goals
Manage and monitor purchases according to budget and hotel's needs
Maintain a high level of professionalism and lead by example
Reporting to the management
Requirements
Proven experience in boutique hotel management or a similar role
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
Customer-centric mindset and commitment to providing exceptional service
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Knowledge of industry best practices and relevant regulations
Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
Availability to work flexible hours
