White Pearl Hospitality is looking for a reliable Laundry Attendant to join our team. As a Laundry Attendant, you will be responsible for providing excellent laundry services to our guests, ensuring that all linens, towels, and clothing are cleaned, dried, and folded to the highest standards. Your attention to detail and efficiency will contribute to maintaining the cleanliness and overall satisfaction of our guests.

Responsibilities
Sort, wash, dry, and fold all linens, towels, and clothing according to company standards
Operate industrial washing and drying machines
Inspect linens and clothing for stains or damages
Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor
Organize and maintain the laundry room in a clean and orderly manner
Assist with inventory management and ordering of laundry supplies
Adhere to health and safety regulations
Ensure excellent customer service by promptly addressing any guest inquiries or concerns
Requirements
Prior experience in a similar role preferred
Ability to operate industrial washing and drying machines
Knowledge of different fabric types and their cleaning requirements
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent time management skills
Physical stamina to handle repetitive tasks and heavy loads
Good communication and customer service skills
