White Pearl Hospitality is looking for a friendly and customer-oriented Hotel Front Desk Agent to join our team at one of our Santorini properties for the upcoming season. As a front desk agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and play a crucial role in creating a positive and memorable experience.

Responsibilities
Welcoming guests upon arrival and escorting them to the properties,
Handles guest needs, requests, and complaints in a professional way, according to the hotel's policies
Provide prompt and personalized services and exceed guests' expectations
Promotes in house and sister properties' services and facilities
Make sure that all the hotel's operations run smoothly and all departments are fully equipped
Perform everyday front office and invoicing tasks
Co-ordinate housekeeping and maintenance personnel
Requirements
Excellent knowledge of English and Greek - French will be considered an asset
Previous experience in a similar position in a boutique hotel environment
Solid written and verbal communication skills.
Hands-on experience with office equipment.
Customer-oriented personality, responsible.
Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
Excellent organizational skills.
Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Ability to deal effectively with complaints in a professional way.
