We are currently seeking a skilled Cook to join our team at White Pearl Hospitality. As a Cook, your main responsibilities will be preparing and cooking dishes according to our restaurant's recipes, maintaining high-quality standards, and ensuring a smooth operation in the kitchen. You will work closely with the entire culinary team to deliver excellent culinary experiences to our guests.

Responsibilities
Cooking food according to receipes, quality and presentations standards and food preparation checklist as per Executive Chef's guidelines
Kitchen maintenance and cleaning, following food safety requirements
Maintaining and ordering stocks and supplies
Proper management, use and storage of all materials and equipment of the department
Observance of all procedures and regulations of the department
Preparation of staff food according to Executive Chef's guidelines
Requirements
Proven experience as a Cook or similar role
Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
Familiarity with sanitation regulations and proper food handling procedures
Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
Culinary degree or certification is a plus
