We are currently seeking a skilled Cook to join our team at White Pearl Hospitality. As a Cook, your main responsibilities will be preparing and cooking dishes according to our restaurant's recipes, maintaining high-quality standards, and ensuring a smooth operation in the kitchen. You will work closely with the entire culinary team to deliver excellent culinary experiences to our guests.

Responsibilities

  • Cooking food according to receipes, quality and presentations standards and food preparation checklist as per Executive Chef's guidelines

  • Kitchen maintenance and cleaning, following food safety requirements

  • Maintaining and ordering stocks and supplies

  • Proper management, use and storage of all materials and equipment of the department

  • Observance of all procedures and regulations of the department

  • Preparation of staff food according to Executive Chef's guidelines

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Cook or similar role

  • Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

  • Attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately

  • Familiarity with sanitation regulations and proper food handling procedures

  • Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays

  • Culinary degree or certification is a plus
