We are currently seeking a knowledgeable and attentive Hotel Concierge Agent to join our team. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for assisting guests with their specific needs and providing exceptional customer service to enhance their stay.

Responsibilities
Welcome and greet guests upon their arrival
Provide information and recommendations on local attractions, activities, and events
Arrange transportation, including car rentals, taxi, or shuttle services
Assist with restaurant reservations, activities, and other guest requests
Promotes in-house packages, services, activities and venues and achieves sales goals
Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure guests' requests are met
Maintain knowledge of hotel facilities, amenities, and services
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through personalized service
Requirements
Prior experience as a Concierge or in a similar role
Strong knowledge of local attractions, events, and venues
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly and approachable demeanor
Strong sales skills and a goal-oriented mindset
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
Proficiency in using computer systems and hotel management software
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Valid driver's license and vehicle is a plus
