We are currently seeking a knowledgeable and attentive Hotel Concierge Agent  to join our team. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for assisting guests with their specific needs and providing exceptional customer service to enhance their stay.

Job Type:

Full Time - On site

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and greet guests upon their arrival

  • Provide information and recommendations on local attractions, activities, and events

  • Arrange transportation, including car rentals, taxi, or shuttle services

  • Assist with restaurant reservations, activities, and other guest requests

  • Promotes in-house packages, services, activities and venues and achieves sales goals

  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints

  • Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure guests' requests are met

  • Maintain knowledge of hotel facilities, amenities, and services

  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries

  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through personalized service

Requirements

  • Prior experience as a Concierge or in a similar role

  • Strong knowledge of local attractions, events, and venues

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly and approachable demeanor

  • Strong sales skills and a goal-oriented mindset

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment

  • Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus

  • Proficiency in using computer systems and hotel management software

  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

  • Valid driver's license and vehicle is a plus
